About the consultations
The fall 2020 Budget outlined the next phase of the government’s comprehensive action plan to respond to the serious health and economic impacts of COVID-19. It is a three-year plan that provides resources to protect and support people during the COVID-19 pandemic, while laying the groundwork for a strong recovery fueled by economic growth.
Leading up to the spring 2021 Budget, the government will build on extensive consultations throughout 2020 and seek ideas from workers, families and business-owners on how to continue to protect and support the people of Ontario through the COVID-19 pandemic, while supporting a strong economic recovery.
