One ticket will allow you to attend the Private Capital Markets Association’s (PCMA) celebration of its merger with the National Exempt Market Association (NEMA), as well as the industry body’s 7th annual conference.
With the theme Celebrating One Industry Voice: Recognizing the leaders of the PCMA/NEMA merger, the celebration will feature celebrity speaker Michael “Pinball” Clemons and live entertainment, and will be held on April 11 at the Arcadian Court in Toronto. The night of celebration will start at 5:30pm and will be hosted by BNN Markets commentator Andrew McCreath.
Entrepreneurs, disruptors, tech innovators, exempt market dealers, private capital issuers and companies, legal, accounting and compliance advisers are all expected to attend the event, along with private equity and venture capital funds, investment advisors and regulators.
Following the networking event is the PCMA’s 2018 Conference, Setting the Pace for the Private Capital Markets. It will be held on April 12 at the same venue.
The PCMA’s main goal is to create opportunities to bring together the unique issues of our private capital markets into a single forum. This event will shed light on certain issues and trends like AI strategy, the blossoming cannabis industry, the controversial crypto market, compliance challenges, real estate and more.
